Sexually transmitted diseases (STD) can spread from one person to another. The pathogens that cause them can remain in an infected person for many years before symptoms surface and their sexual partners can get infected too. But when the symptoms set in, it can be too late. STD clinic is in place as part of the Princess Ejemen Foundation mission as a preventive health care organization.
Where applicable, the clinics will sensitize and counsel people on how best to prevent Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD).
Testing for these diseases will help people know their status and better adjust their lifestyles to prevent transmission.
Our STD clinic is a charity and it is open to everyone.
